Accounting Clerk (Collingwood)
Tatham Engineering is seeking an Accounting Clerk to join the head office accounting team. Responsibilities will include preparing invoices to clients, collection of accounts receivable, managing client payments, assisting project managers with project set up and budget monitoring. Duties may also involve assisting with accounts payable and payroll functions.
Key Position Requirements
- A university degree or college diploma in accounting
- Minimum of 2 years experience in accounting/bookkeeping
- Sound working knowledge of accounting principles
- Experience in working in a variety of accounting software platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Organized, detail-oriented and ability to effectively multi-task
