Tatham Engineering completed the structural design of two single storey commercial buildings at a proposed development in Angus. The buildings are 1600 sq.m. and 1300 sq.m. in plan area and architecturally designed by Salter Pilon Architecture. The framing consists of open web steel joists supported on steel framing and concrete foundations, with steel moment frames to resist lateral loads. The design was completed in 2015.
