Tatham was retained by the Township of Ramara to complete a transportation study for the Town of Brechin, located on the east shore of Lake Simcoe. The study involved the review of future development, potential impact on town-wide traffic operations, and feasible mitigation strategies to address the constraints of the Highway 12 corridor through the community.

The study reviewed parking strategies for various streets and developed functional road corridor designs to help service developable land and functional bridge designs for CN rail crossings. Our team provided the Township with a traffic operations report, concept drawings, and preliminary cost estimates.
