Tatham Engineering has been involved with this exciting twin tower residential project located in the heart of Barrie’s downtown core since 2018. This project, which is planned to be completed in two phases, will contribute to revitalizing the City’s downtown area, and will be a prominent city landmark. To date, Tatham has provided preliminary engineering design in support of a rezoning application for the property including a traffic impact study to assess the unique parking needs of the development. We have also been retained to provide the detailed servicing, grading and stormwater design for the project in support of a Site Plan Approval application.

With 534 residential units, three levels of podium parking, and 4,100m² of ground floor retail space, this project promises to be one of Barrie’s premier developments.
