Coldwater Public School

Tatham Engineering was retained by the Simcoe County District School Board (SCDSB) to provide design, tendering and contract administration services for site improvements at Coldwater Public School. Work included a review of the site with SCDSB staff to identify deficient infrastructure and opportunities to improve site functionality.

The work included grading and drainage improvements, resurfacing of paved parking lots, bus drop off lanes and play areas, addition of sidewalks and barrier free ramps to improve access into the buildings. The work also included modifications to site layouts for improved pick-up/drop-off areas, defined pedestrian walking/waiting areas and additional staff parking.
