Situated at the narrows between Lake Simcoe and Lake Couchiching, Mariner’s Pier is 42-unit waterfront townhouse community located near Atherley Road in Orillia.

Tatham was retained by Royalpark Homes and Bru-Lor Developments for various engineering services. Beginning with servicing and traffic studies, and coastal and structural assessments of the existing shore wall, Tatham later completed the detailed design and tendering, culminating with construction support services.

The residential development includes access to a private marina and boat launch, and amenities such as a swimming pool, waterfront boardwalk, and fire pit.
