Owen Estates Subdivision is an upscale residential community featuring 29 estate lots located west of Highway 12 in the community of Warminster. Tatham Engineering was retained by the developer, South Shore Homes, to provide engineering services from the draft plan stage through to detailed design and construction.

The servicing design included approximately 600 metres of roadways built to an urban cross section, storm sewers, watermain and a three-cell stormwater management facility which included a bioretention cell to promote infiltration.

Upon completion of the servicing work, Tatham Engineering was retained to prepare individual lot grading and site plans for the developer to obtain building permits for house construction.
