Tatham Engineering was retained to provide civil engineering design, construction inspection and contract administration services in support of the new Shanahan Ford & Lincoln dealership, located in an industrial subdivision in the Town of Newmarket.

The dealership includes a modern 2200 m2 (24,000 ft²) building to provide full automotive sales and service, in addition to over 160 parking spaces for vehicle display and customer parking, all of which is located on 1.1 hectares. The civil engineering design included full municipal servicing for fire and domestic water, sanitary and storm sewers and the asphalt parking lot.
