Summit View is a residential development located at Collingwood’s Poplar Sideroad and High Street. With 541 units, the mixed-density subdivision consists of single-family, semi-detached, and town homes. This development also incorporates an expansion of the Town of Collingwood trail system to promote an active lifestyle for residents.

Summit View was a truly collaborative project, with our Land Development, Electrical, Transportation, Water Resources, and Field Services departments all playing a key role.
