The Windfall subdivision is being developed with community and the environment in mind. The property is 60 hectares in total with one-third of the land being dedicated to parks, ponds, trails, watercourses, wildlife and preservation areas. A total of 681 homes will eventually be nestled into the Community which sits next door to Blue Mountain Resort and Le Scandinave Spa.

Tatham Engineering has worked closely with Georgian International since 2007, providing engineering support throughout the development of the subdivision concept plan, the draft plan approval process, and now the detail design and construction of underground services, roads and drainage and stormwater management systems.
