Tatham provided engineering support from conceptual design, through approvals and construction for the Barrie south-end project. The completed development will feature a subdivision comprising of townhouses and six-storey apartments, located nearby the Barrie South GO Transit Station.

Phase 1 and 2 are entirely residential, including the construction of a stormwater management facility, a Metrolinx berm/acoustic fence, a baseball diamond, and a Central Park. Tatham obtained approvals for and assisted with the execution of a site-wide earthworks program prior to two site servicing Contracts.

Phase 1 and 2 of the three-phase project are both nearing completion.
