This project involved upgrades to parking and piazza areas of four separate PenEquity entertainment centrums around the Greater Toronto Area and in Ottawa, including the replacement of two to three different types of poles with new LED luminaires.

Lighting design involved a photo-metric assessment to the Illuminating Engineering Society of North America (IESNA) recommended standards, using AGi32 software. AutoCAD installation and specification drawings were also provided.

Tendering was provided with a list of bids for review and recommendation. Construction administration including a final site report and letter of substantial completion was prepared and submitted.
