The TSSA Certification for the diesel fuel storage tanks at the Meaford Water Treatment Plant and Bighead Sewage Pumping Station were set to expire. The Municipality needed to upgrade the equipment to meet current TSSA codes and standards.

Working in consultation with the TSSA and Emergency Management Ontario, our team performed site investigations to review and document existing conditions. We determined new fuel storage tank arrangements to work within the existing containment areas; provided details for leak detection monitoring and fuel fill alarm integration; created removals and new installation drawings for both locations; and provided electrical and mechanical specifications for new equipment.
