Our team was retained to replace all existing lighting bollards and concrete bases within Ruperts Landing, a gated residential community. The existing bollards throughout the pathways, including the Recreational Centre and seawalls, were at the end of their life and many were damaged or not working.
Using LED technology, our team was able to improve light distribution, lower maintenance and energy costs, and reduce the carbon footprint. The new lighting bollards are “dark sky friendly,” which minimizes glare while reducing light trespass and skyglow.
The contract was executed on time and on budget. Client and tenant feedback has been very positive, and they are pleased with the new and improved light distribution.
