Tatham provided structural engineering services for the Faris Team’s office in Barrie. The two-storey steel-framed building is located on Bayview Drive, just across the street from the popular retail hub, Park Place.

The building features offices on the second floor and retail units on the ground floor. It will serve as the head office for the growing real estate brokerage.
