Churchill Booster Pumping Station
The Churchill Reservoir and Booster Pumping Station located in Innisfil was developed to serve as a replacement for an existing reservoir and booster pumping station due to insufficient storage and a lack of fire flow capabilities.
The new facility includes a 1,100 m³ grade-level drinking water reservoir, a booster pumping station complete with four high-life pumps with a firm capacity of 109L/s, chlorine disinfection equipment, and various connections to existing water mains.
The addition of the reservoir and BPS provides the community with fire flow capabilities and water supply for existing and future developments.
