Selection based on several forward-thinking HR initiatives to support employees
Collingwood, ON: For the second year in a row, Tatham Engineering Limited (“Tatham”) is proud to announce it has been named one of Canada’s Top Small & Medium Employers of 2024 by Mediacorp Canada Inc. (“Mediacorp”).

Winners of the award are selected by the editors of Mediacorp based on eight criteria, including: Workplace; Work Atmosphere & Social; Health, Financial & Family Benefits; Vacation & Time Off; Employee Communications; Performance Management; Training & Skills Development; and Community Involvement.
This year, the competition highlighted several areas where Tatham stood out from other competitors, including:
- 240 hours of paid staff volunteer time in 2023;
- Company donations to over 100 local charities;
- 36 weeks of maternity and parental leave wage top-up; and
- Up to $5,000 in referral bonuses for each successful hire.
