Nestled at the base of Alpine Ski Club in the Town of The Blue Mountains, this multi-unit townhouse development by Polferr Developments benefited from Tatham’s expertise throughout both the design and construction phases.

Working together with the architect, Tatham performed structural analysis of the framing and foundations based on prepared drawings. Following the final review of the drawings, our teams provided construction review of the structural framing and foundation.

Designed in a similar style as other buildings constructed in the community, the Arrowhead development features pre-engineered wood trusses supported on wood framing and concrete foundations.
