Tatham Engineering worked closely with architectural firm Ted Handy and Associates to complete the design for this strip plaza addition.

The addition expands the size of an existing Beer Store and adds a wine shop to the south side of the plaza. Above-grade construction consists of steel framing, wind bearing light gauge steel stud walls, and steel columns.

The superstructure is partially supported on new concrete foundations and partially on the existing masonry walls and foundations of the original plaza. Construction of the base building was completed in January 2015.
