Braestone is a 230-lot residential development located in the Township of Oro-Medonte. Tatham Engineering designed, secured approvals and provided contract administration and inspection services for the communal drinking water treatment and supply facility.

The facility is rated at 1011 m3/day, and includes two groundwater supply wells, a chlorine disinfection system, a 550 m3 below-grade concrete treated water reservoir, 4 high lift pumps equipped with VFDs to provide flows up to 50 L/s, a natural-gas fuelled emergency power generator set and a SCADA/cellular communications system.
