Tatham Engineering was retained by Royal Homes to assist with the detailed design of a new 4,300 square foot cancer support centre in Penetanguishene – the first rural facility in the province. A change from their typical work in prefabricated custom homes, this project was the largest to-date for the Royal Homes manufacturing facility.

Tatham provided the structural design for the helical piles and reinforced concrete grade beam foundations and was also retained to complete construction review of the foundations and off site-built elements including roof framing.
