This prominent project located in a thriving neighborhood in the Town of Bradford West Gwillimbury provides an aesthetically pleasing appearance, while also benefiting the community by meeting the needs of an aging population. Tatham Engineering worked with the owner and the architect to provide an efficient site plan design, taking into consideration the grading and servicing requirements of the development.

The grading design involved retaining walls to respect the adjacent boundary conditions, a functional assessment of the entrance movements to the high-volume controlled access gateway into Bradford, coordination with an adjacent development site and implementation of an underground Cultec stormwater management system to meet the relevant design requirements.
