Tatham Engineering provided comprehensive civil engineering services, guiding the project from initial draft plan studies right through to detailed design and construction inspection. Our team designed and supervised the installation of a mainline watermain, as well as the construction of roadways and all underground infrastructure. 

Innovation and environmental stewardship were central to the site’s design. Our engineering team engineered an advanced stormwater management (SWM) facility, which features a bioretention cell and a dry pond to ensure efficient and sustainable drainage.
