Tatham was retained to complete the structural design for a new one-storey commercial building.

A two-storey clock tower feature at the north end of the structure serves as a focal point. The building consists of steel framing, concrete masonry shear walls, and concrete foundations.

Tatham coordinated with Lloyd Hunt Architect through the design process to complete the structural design and prepare drawings and specifications for tender.

During construction, the services included shop drawing review and site review. Construction was complete in August 2016.
