Tatham was retained to provide engineering services for the development of Windrose Estates. The upscale estate lot subdivision located in the Township of Clearview features one to two acre properties and views of the Niagara Escarpment.

Overcoming challenging soil conditions and up to 5 meters of marl, our teams designed a roadway network with a potable watermain distribution system and full utility servicing.

Working closely with our Water & Wastewater department, our Land Development team expanded an existing water treatment plant by incorporating a new well and control building to provide additional services – all in compliance with the Class EA planning process.
