Yonge Go Village is townhome development located in the south end of Barrie, adjacent to the Barrie South GO transit station. Our teams have provided engineering support from conceptual design, through approvals and construction through various phases of the project.

The completed development features a subdivision comprising of townhouses and six-storey apartments.

Phase 1 and 2 are entirely residential, including the construction of a stormwater management facility, a Metrolinx berm/acoustic fence, a baseball diamond, and a Central Park. Tatham obtained approvals for and assisted with the execution of a site-wide earthworks program prior to two site servicing Contracts.
