On Saturday October 13, 2018, a group of CCTA Collingwood staff participated in the Simcoe County Adopt-a-Road Program along Poplar Side Road between Raglan and Hurontario Streets. Local businesses or community groups volunteer to adopt a section of road and complete bi-annual clean ups in the Spring and Fall. The group was fortunate that the weather cooperated, which made the clean up all the better. About twenty bags of garbage were collected, along with a suitcase (equipped with a lei and Hula skirt) and a huge pile of wires! Thanks to those who participated!
