Tatham Engineering is pleased to announce two leadership promotions within its Land Development practice, reinforcing the firm’s commitment to developing talent from within and supporting the continued growth of its services across Ontario.

Nick Millington has been promoted to Vice President – Land Development. With more than 15 years of industry experience, including over a decade at Tatham, Nick has played a key role in advancing the firm’s Land Development services. He is recognized for his collaborative, client‑focused leadership and his ability to guide complex projects while supporting strong team performance.

In his new role, Nick will provide strategic leadership for Tatham’s Land Development services across Ontario, supporting high quality service delivery, client satisfaction, team growth and development, and long‑term strategic planning across the practice.

Tatham is also pleased to announce the promotion of Lisa Cowan to Manager – Land Development, assuming Nick’s former role as Manager within the Barrie-based Land Development team. A dedicated member of Team Tatham for 15 years, Lisa brings deep technical expertise and extensive experience managing land development projects from concept design through construction across central Ontario.
