Tatham Engineering is pleased to announce the appointment of Adam Bell as Head of Client Relations and Growth.

Operating from the firm’s Guelph office, Adam will lead company-wide initiatives to strengthen partnerships, drive growth, and enhance Tatham’s presence in the marketplace. Collaborating with senior leadership and branch offices, Adam will help shape and execute business development strategies, support major pursuits, and guide select high-priority projects.

“We are thrilled to welcome Adam to our leadership team,” said Executive Vice President Bill Van Ryn. “His extensive experience and strategic vision will be instrumental in driving Tatham’s growth and reinforcing our commitment to delivering exceptional client service.”

Adam brings over 20 years of experience in land development and transportation engineering, with a proven track record of driving growth strategies, managing multidisciplinary teams, and delivering integrated solutions for public and private sector projects. His expertise spans business development, client relationship management, and strategic planning, supported by deep knowledge of Ontario’s development landscape and active involvement with industry organizations such as Building Industry and Land Development Association (BILD) and Urban Land Institute (ULI).

Prior to joining Tatham, Adam held leadership roles at several firms, most recently as an Associate Vice President at a global engineering firm, where he oversaw Canadian land development operations and led growth strategies. He also served as President of the Ontario Traffic Council from 2018 to 2024.

With Adam’s appointment, Tatham continues to advance its long-term strategy of expanding service offerings, deepening client partnerships, and supporting sustainable growth across Ontario. The firm looks forward to the leadership, insight, and energy Adam will bring as he helps guide Tatham into its next chapter.
