On Saturday, February 22nd, 2020, a small group from our Collingwood office participated in the local Coldest Night of the Year Walk. With the warmer weather on their side, the event had a great turnout and they reached their goal of $60,000 raised. The proceeds from the event go to Home Horizon’s Barbara Weider House, which is the only facility in our area dedicated to helping homeless youth. BWH currently provides safe housing to 7 youth (an additional 24 youth are on the waiting list). Beyond housing, they offer homeless youth counselling, education and job support as well as life skills workshops. The company provided a corporate sponsorship and the Tatham Trotters raised over $1,000 for this very worthwhile cause.
