With 10 years of experience in electrical engineering, Steve has led major subdivision developments, critical water and wastewater infrastructure projects, and substation initiatives across Ontario. His technical expertise, leadership, and commitment to mentoring others have helped strengthen the Electrical Department, expand its capabilities and support its continued growth.
“After working closely with Steve for nearly a decade, I know the Electrical team is in capable hands,” says Gerhard Runge, P.Eng. “He has earned the respect of both our team and our clients through his commitment to excellence, ability to bring people together, and skill in solving complex challenges.”
As part of this leadership transition, Gerhard, will assume the role of Senior Engineer, where he will continue to support staff and clients with the technical expertise, mentorship, and industry knowledge that have helped shape the department’s success.
